农产品加工业覆盖菜、果、油、畜、禽、水产等六大领域，产品品类众多，年加工能力超过200万吨，其中深加工农产品占60%以上。拥有近1000家农产品出口企业，出口国家和地区涵盖了5个大洲的50多个国家和地区，出口额约占全国的1/20，营销网络覆盖面广，产品国际占有率高，形成了特色鲜明、附加值高、品牌影响力强的农产品加工出口集群，拥有龙大、鲁花等国家级农业产业化重点龙头企业4家、省级18家，初步形成以龙大为龙头，春雪、恒润、鲁花等为骨干，其他中小企业多点开花的合理化布局。先后获得国家级农产品外贸转型基地、国家级出口食品农产品质量安全示范区、首批国家农业产业化示范基地、首批国家食物营养教育示范基地、中国绿色食品城、农业对外开放示范区等荣誉称号。

    The agricultural product processing industry covers six major fields including vegetables, fruits, oil, livestock, poultry, and aquatic products, with a wide range of product categories and an annual processing capacity of over 2 million tons, of which deep processed agricultural products account for more than 60%. We have nearly 1000 agricultural product export enterprises, covering more than 50 countries and regions across 5 continents, with exports accounting for about 1/20 of the country's total. Our marketing network covers a wide range, and our products have a high international market share. We have formed a distinctive, high value-added, and strong brand influence agricultural product processing and export cluster, with 4 national level key agricultural industrialization leading enterprises such as Longda and Luhua, and 18 provincial-level leading enterprises. We have initially formed a rational layout with Longda as the leader, Chunxue, Hengrun, Luhua as the backbone, and other small and medium-sized enterprises blooming in multiple locations. We have successively obtained honors such as National Agricultural Product Foreign Trade Transformation Base, National Export Food and Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Demonstration Zone, First Batch of National Agricultural Industrialization Demonstration Base, First Batch of National Food Nutrition Education Demonstration Base, China Green Food City, and Agricultural Opening up Demonstration Zone.
