The company currently has workshops for large-diameter welding, high-pressure pipe fittings, hot bending pipes, heat treatment, medium and low-pressure pipe fittings, precision CNC flanges, stainless steel pipe fittings, and pipeline fittings. We have one 6000T hydraulic press, one 2000T hydraulic press, three medium frequency induction push machines, two large high-frequency induction bending machines, three 2.5m diameter vertical lathes, one 3.2m diameter CNC drilling and milling machine, one large natural gas heat treatment furnace, one heating furnace, two resistance furnaces, as well as more than 200 sets of other welding, machining, surface treatment and other equipment. We have more than 50 sets of testing equipment, including internationally and domestically advanced direct reading spectrometers, impact testing machines, metallographic microscopes, digital intelligent ultrasonic flaw detectors, X-ray flaw detectors, material universal testing machines, water pressure testing machines, hardness testers, ultrasonic thickness gauges, magnetic particle flaw detectors, far-infrared thermometers, etc., to provide quality assurance for our products and inject momentum into the development of our enterprise!
